The Six Steps To Help You Complete Your Transaction

1. I will review your Agreement of Purchase and Sale and advise you of all your legal obligations and discuss any potential issues with you at the beginning of your file.
2. I will review the title search to ensure you have clear title to your property. I will review the building location survey, if available, for possible encroachments, easements or rights of way.
3. I will make sure that you are aware of the things that we will need from you in order to complete your transaction.
4. I will meet with you before your closing date to explain the closing documents and process to you. I will attend to completing your transaction on the closing date.
5. I will make sure that a reporting letter is sent to you after closing with copies of the closing documents signed in my office.
6. I will keep you informed. I will take the time to speak to you when you have questions.
